The field
protocol.
Five stages from first walkthrough to signed handover — the same protocol whether the job is one camera or a whole mechanical floor.
Five stages,
one signature.
Every stage ends in writing — that's what keeps the site honest.
Survey
Site walkthrough — structure, power, pathways, existing systems. Photos and notes become the scope.
Scope
Written proposal: devices, materials, labor, schedule, exclusions. Priced to the line item, not the lump.
Build
Mount, run, terminate, label. Structure-rated anchors and dressed cable — the install looks like the manual.
Commission
Every device function-tested and logged against spec — points tripped, fields verified, readings recorded.
Closeout
As-builts, permits, warranties and punch list in one file. Signed commissioning sheet, then final invoice.
On-site conduct.
KWR crews work occupied buildings — offices, homes, active facilities. The site stays live; the work stays contained.
That means daily cleanup, dust containment on penetrations, scheduled shutdown windows agreed in advance, and a crew lead who answers for the site log. If the job needs your space closed or your water off, you know the window in writing before we start.
Access is earned twice — at the contract and at the door. Technicians work under background-verified dispatch rules on sensitive installs, and equipment rooms get photographed at entry and exit.
Asked in the field.
We're install-first: you can supply the spec'd equipment or ask us to procure it — either way, procurement terms are written into the scope before work starts. We never push a brand you didn't ask for.
Yes — most installs happen in live buildings. Noisy or shutdown-dependent work is scheduled into agreed windows, documented in the site log, and confirmed with your facility contact day-of.
We integrate against what's there — reusing cable where it tests good, interfacing legacy panels and controls where the spec allows. What can't be reused is flagged at survey, not mid-install.
Workmanship carries a written labor warranty stated in the contract; equipment warranties run through the manufacturer and are registered at closeout. Both are documented in the file you keep.
Stage one is
a walkthrough.
Book the survey — we inspect, you get a written scope. No obligation beyond the report.
