Wired in.
Locked down.
KWR SECURITY LLC installs the systems buildings run on — alarms and surveillance, electrical and low-voltage infrastructure, HVAC and mechanical — engineered to code, commissioned to spec, documented to the wire.
Four coverage
zones.
Every line item installed by licensed trades — one contractor across the building's nervous system. Open a zone for the full install list.
Security & Detection
Alarms, surveillance, smoke detection, intercom and public address — install only, commissioned to spec.
Electrical & Low Voltage
Wiring, panels, lighting systems, fiber and data cable, control and automation systems.
HVAC & Mechanical
Heating, cooling, plumbing, process piping, refrigeration and fire suppression installs.
Specialty & Heavy Install
Millwright and rigging, doors and gates, elevators, conveyors, vaults and specialty equipment.
Install is the job.
KWR SECURITY LLC is an installation contracting company headquartered at 14406 S Fox Creek Dr in Herriman, Utah. We don't sell security systems — we put them in walls, on poles, in server rooms and on rooftops, then prove they work before we leave.
The coverage runs wide because buildings don't respect trade boundaries: a warehouse camera needs a data run, the data run needs power, the power panel needs the electrician who signed off on the grounding. We carry the electrical, mechanical and specialty licenses to close the loop in one contract.
Every project ends the same way: labeled terminations, torque-checked mounts, a test sheet signed at commissioning — and documentation a facility engineer can pick up cold.
Signed at handover.
Three documents that come standard with every install.
As-built record
Every run, termination and device location as installed — not as drawn. Labeled at both ends so the next tech doesn't start from zero.
Commissioning sheet
Function tests on every device — alarm points tripped, camera fields verified, pressures and temperatures logged. Signed by the lead tech.
Closeout package
Permit sign-offs, manufacturer docs, warranty registrations and the punch-list record — bound into one file the facility keeps.
